Today is day 8. I think I have done pretty darn well!! For some reason I crave sweeter things at breakfast, so I need to steer clear of that eventually. For lunch I had tuna fish and a pita and a massive pile of broccoli. Dinner was very tasty and consisted of grilled chicken and potatoes and we just got back from having lemon soft serve….yum! Today was a good day…I just need to keep it up!
Crap...I just remembered I forgot to weigh myself. Better do it tomorrow.
