Duh moment of the day: I NEED TO PLAN MY FOOD.
By the time I was ready to plan dinner (at 6:00 pm) I had no points left for the day. I had to use Flex Points for my dinner. I had a few treats today, so I suppose that's ok....but I don't have very many Flex Points left for the week...and I like having extras everyday in case I run out of points and am hungry after dinner like I usually am. Yes, I can earn Activity points. I know....I've been moving a little this week...one thing at a time! Bottom line--I need to plan my food every day......and plan meals better.....and exercise.
Ok, I have lots to do today, but I wanted to get a post in for yesterday since I didn't get around to it before I went to bed. After I get Mason down for his nap I'm going to plan my food for the day.

That's the worst having no more points left over...eat roast veggies as they contain no points!!
I find if I plan I succeed! :) If I know what Im having for dinner I can see what I feel like for lunch- or in the reverse. :) I try to plan all dinners on Sunday for the week so I do stay on plan. Its ok to use your flex- thats what they are there for. :)
I have only one week left before I start classes for the fall (My last semester before I graduate in December!!) and before now I haven't really had a break from school since last December, and I have been taking FULL advantage of the freedom...that means getting lazy with planning, cooking, etc. I'll get my head back on soon...
planning helps but so hard to find the time
I hate planning, but if I don't do it, I'd never eat a vegetable! I'd not get my oils in or my milk either. If I plan it all out in the morning, I know it's all there in black and white for me to see and hopefully eat!
